Overview
Tellitakse Eesti ja Läti ühise meretuulepargi projekti (ELWIND) käsitiivaliste (Chiroptera) uuringu läbiviimise teenust keskkonnamõju hindamise raames. Töö eesmärk on läbi viia põhjalik uuring, millega selgitatakse välja kavandatava tegevusega kaasneda võivad kahjulikud, aga ka positiivsed mõjud Eestis ja Lätis elavatele ning neist riikidest läbi rändavatele nahkhiirtele. Samuti peab uuring andma soovitused, kuidas võimalikke kaasnevaid negatiivseid mõjusid vältida, ennetada ja/või leevendada.
