HPQ, Neubau Labor und Bürogebäude, BKP 287 Baureinigung

ETH Zürich awarded Bähler Exoplus AG a contract worth CHF 1,223,727 on 17 February 2026 for the final cleaning (BKP 287) of the HPQ physics building on the Hönggerberg campus. The new laboratory and office building comprises approximately 60,000 m³ above ground with four laboratory and office floors, plus 90,000 m³ underground housing six levels of sensitive research platforms (D-Phys, FIRST II, MMC, and CLNE laboratories) that require specialized cleaning protocols to meet stringent requirements for vibration control, electromagnetic compatibility, and temperature stability.
