- Stufe 1: Generalplanerleistungen, begleitende techn. Beratungsleistungen HOAI-Leistungen der LPH 1 – 4
- Stufe 2: Ausführungsvorbereitung (schwerpunktmäßig TU-Vergabeverfahren: Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung)
- Stufe 3: Begleitung der Bauausführungsphase / Technisches Controlling
- Stufe 4: Objektbetreuung und Dokumentation
zu vergeben.
