Produsele ce fac obiectul prezentei proceduri fac parte din categoria produselor ce stau la baza asigurării tratamentului pacienților, iar în lipsa acestora crește riscul vital. Prin prezenta procedură se vor achiziționa medicamente în forma de prezentare și cantitățile solicitate prin caietul de sarcini. Potrivit prevederilor art.160 din Legea nr.98/2016, cu modificările și completare ulterioare, autoritatea contractantă stabilește un termen limită în care va răspunde clar și complet la solicitările de clarificare/informații suplimentare ale ofertanților astfel: - numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare /informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor; .
