The Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben awarded framework contracts for general planning services (design and project management) covering simple building maintenance work on federal properties and rented facilities in Berlin and Brandenburg, split into two geographical lots (North and South). The award was made on 29 May 2026 to RTW Generalplanungsgesellschaft mbH and sta2 archtitekten ingenieure PartGmbH, with estimated fees of €2.4 million for Lot 1 North and €1.8 million for Lot 2 South. The framework contracts, each with an initial 2-year term and optional 3-year extensions, encompass building planning, structural design, technical systems planning, building physics, and fire safety services.
