Aanstellen ontwerpteam: Renovatie- en restauratieproject kasteel Blauwendael

Gemeente Waasmunster appointed Architectenbureau Van Severen bv on 9 July 2026 to lead the design team for the renovation and restoration of Kasteel Blauwendael. The mandatory scope includes renovation of the exterior shell (roof, windows, and facade) and interior technical systems (electrical and sanitary) with an estimated investment of 4 million EUR including VAT, with an optional phase for further renovation of remaining castle elements. The design team is responsible for participatory design development, obtaining environmental permits, preparing tender documentation, overseeing construction, managing procurement, and providing full technical support through completion and handover.
