Zielsetzung: Umbau und Herrichtung des Gebäudeensembles Hammfeldhof, bestehend aus zwei ehemaligen Stallgebäuden und einem Wohngebäude auf dem Gelände der LAGA 2026 in Neuss.
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die vollständige Leistung nach HAOI für die Baumaßnahme Hammfeldhof für drei Gebäude. Folgende Leistungsbausteine werden losweise ausgeschrieben:
