Multiple Sourcing of EU Sovereign IaaS/PaaS Cloud Services

Provision of sovereign multi-tenant IaaS/PaaS services located fully in the EU and offering proven sovereignty assurances, where the contracting authority has the capability to deploy applications onto the Cloud infrastructure of the contractors. Note on the value: Please disregard Section 2.1.3 and 5.1.5 of this Contract Award Notice, which refers to 'estimated value'. This reference is included due to system constraints and does not reflect the actual financial structure of the award. The value indicated in these sections represents the maximum possible expenditure under any single contract, and at the same time, the total consumption across all four contracts, which cannot exceed 180 000 000 Euro.
