Overview
The general objective of the contract is to keep Level(s) up to date in relation to the developing ecosystem in which the assessment framework is situated. Beyond policy development, this includes e.g. evolving standards of both technical and cost nature, as well as LCA software and databases. As Level(s) is developed with the clear objective of being firmly anchored in the current ecosystem, based on existing standards and link to support tools, the framework requires regular updates to continue to maximise its relevance and drive market as well as policy development. The specific objective of the contract is to ensure that Level(s) is firmly linked to EU policy impacting buildings, as well as to ensure that Level(s) is attractive to use and provide technical support at a relevant level.
