Municipiul Targoviste has awarded a contract to POPP & ASOCIATII ARCHITECTURE S.R.L. for design and technical assistance services for the modernization, consolidation, and rehabilitation of the Town Hall building in Targoviste, Dambovita County. The scope includes preparation of technical-economic documentation at DALI phase and technical project phase, participation in utility and regulatory approval committees, documentation revisions as required, and technical assistance throughout the construction execution period.
