Riigihanke tulemusel sõlmitakse igas riigihanke osas raamleping ühe pakkujaga 36 kuuks. Raamlepingute alusel eraldi hankelepinguid ei allkirjastata, vaid raamlepingu täitmine toimub tellimuste alusel.
