Das LANUK beabsichtigt die Analyse von Oberflächenwasserproben auf chemische Parameter zu vergeben. Gemäß der Oberflächengewässerverordnung (OGewV) sind an trinkwasserrelevanten Messstellen eine Reihe von Stoffen in Oberflächenwasser zu untersuchen.
Es ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer im Zuge eines Offenen Verfahrens gem. § 15 Abs. 1 VgV mit einer unbeschränkten Anzahl an Unternehmen beabsichtigt.
