Das Leistungsverzeichnis beinhaltet die Leistungen Lüftungstechnik und die dazu gehörigen Luftwasser-Wärmepumpen zur Dachaufstellung. Insgesamt beinhaltet die Ausschreibung 4 Lüftungsgeräte mit einer Gesamtluftmenge von ca. 50.000 m³/h, davon ist ein Lüftungsgerät als Küchenlüftung mit ca. 8.000m³/h vorgesehen. Die Verteilung der Luft erfolgt horizontal über die Decken des Erd- und Obergeschosses. Es sind ca. 2.500m² Kanalfläche und 1.200m Wickelfalzrohr in den Dimensionen DN 100 - DN 315 geplant.
