Erweiterung Gewerbegebiet Holtrup-Ost - Vergabe Objektplanungsleistungen für Ingenieurbauwerke und Verkehrsanlagen

The City of Porta Westfalica has awarded engineering planning services to IWA Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH & Co.KG for the expansion of the Holtrup-Ost industrial estate, which involves constructing an access road with sewerage infrastructure. The scope includes basic and special services for design phases 5 through 9 covering both civil engineering structures and traffic facilities under German HOAI regulations, with services to be commissioned in stages. The project builds on existing draft and approval planning and encompasses a construction road with wastewater and stormwater lines, a retention filter basin, and final expansion of the full access road.
