The Wrocław Provincial Police Command has awarded a framework agreement for the successive delivery of up to 30 marked passenger vehicles equipped with video recorders over a 36-month period. The agreement was awarded on 11 June 2026 to five contractors: CRH Żagiel Auto Sp. z o.o., Grupa PGD Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., and PLICHTA Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., selected based on the most advantageous offers. Vehicles must be newly manufactured or from the preceding year, possess proper homologation certificates, be free from defects and third-party encumbrances, and meet specified technical requirements; individual purchase orders will be issued to the selected contractors through competitive calls for offers with evaluation based on price criteria.
