Výsledkom vytvorenia tohto DNS je zriadenie DNS, prostredníctvom ktorého sa budú priebežne, podľa potreby verejného obstarávateľa, zadávať jednotlivé zákazky na dodávku potravín počas 48 mesiacov po zriadení DNS, podľa konkrétnych potrieb verejného obstarávateľa. Plnenia na základe tohto DNS bude následne realizované v zmysle dohodnutých podmienok vo výzve na predkladanie ponúk a jej prílohách. Konkrétny rozsah predmetu zákazky, podrobná špecifikácia, ako aj ostatné doplňujúce informácie budú súčasťou jednotlivých výziev na predkladanie ponúk a ich príloh, v rámci zriadeného DNS, ktoré budú zaslané všetkým zaradeným záujemcom prostredníctvom elektronického prostriedku eZakazky.
