Die Fassade wird über 2 Stockwerke plus Attika mit einem Wdvs-System versehen. Im Treppenhausbereich aus Steinwolle (ca. 110 m²) ; der Rest in Holzfaser (ca. 200 m²).
Grunddämmstärke sind 20 cm, Einzelbereiche darunter.
Der Sockel wird verputzt (ca. 30 m²).
Ein Anstrich ist für alle Bereiche vorgesehen.
