Overview
Leistungsgegenstand ist die Erbringung von geplanten Betriebsleistungen mit Kraftomnibussen im Linienverkehr gemäß § 42 Personenbeförderungsgesetz (PBefG). Die Übernahme der Fahrdienste erfolgt ab Fahrplanwechsel am 14. Dezember 2025 bis zum großen Fahrplanwechsel Mitte Dezember 2028. Der Auftragnehmer hat die Leistung selbst zu erbringen und nicht durch Dritte. Der Auftragnehmer muss einen Betriebssitz/-hof in Potsdam einschließlich einem Umkreis von 40 km haben, um der ViP die Ausübung der Kontrollfunktion gemäß BOKraft zu ermöglichen.
