Jahrhunderts) handelt es sich um ein massives Bauwerk mit 3 Vollgeschossen, ein Dachgeschoss und einem Vollkeller. Diese Räume werden zum Großteil als Aufenthaltsräume bzw. Büros genutzt. Geplant ist die gesamte Gebäudehülle sowie insbesondere die Sanitäranlagen und die Elektroinstallationen zu sanieren.
