Acordurile cadru ce urmeaza a fi atribuite au ca obiect furnizarea de produse alimentare pentru centrele sociale din struuctura Directiei de Asistenta Sociala Sibiu conform caiet de sarcini. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in conformitate cu prevederile art. 160-161 din legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul pentru raspunsul autoritatii contractante la clarificari este in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depundere a ofertelor.
