Turtolan uuden päiväkodin rakennushanke

Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy has awarded a contract for the construction of a new daycare center at Turtolantanhua 3, Tampere, a single-story timber-frame building with a gross floor area of 1,336 m² designed to accommodate four groups of up to 80 children and approximately 20 staff members. The construction project, valued at €3,833,550 and executed between April 2026 and June 2027, was divided into multiple work packages (building, plumbing, electrical, ventilation) awarded to Sotkamon Rakennus Oy (construction), Lähiputki Tampere Oy (plumbing), Epilän Sähkökone Oy (electrical), and Saipu Oy (ventilation), with the building contractor acting as principal contractor and project coordinator.
