Wykonanie Projektu Budowlanego, Projektu Technicznego wraz z kosztorysami w zakresie kompleksowej modernizacji budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych przy ulicy Mińskiej 33, Mińskiej 35 w Warszawie

The Facility Management Office in Praga-Południe District, Warsaw procured a comprehensive architectural and technical design project with cost estimates for the modernization of two multi-family residential buildings at Mińska 33 and Mińska 35 in Warsaw, conforming to the Warsaw Green Building Standard and including universal design principles. The scope encompassed five phases from architectural inventory and conservation approval through detailed technical and executive designs, cost estimates, building permits, geotechnical studies, energy performance assessments, and support during contractor procurement and site supervision. This contract was awarded to PLUS3-ARCHITEKCI Sp. z o.o. on 8 May 2026 for PLN 637,690.43 and has been completed.
