Overview
Predmetom zákazky je údržba, prevádzka, servis a rozvoj jestvujúcich riadiacich a informačných systémov a
Operátorských terminálov (ďalej iba OT) typu RIS ESYS, v konfigurácii HW a SW prevádzkovanej v čase účinnosti zmluvy. Služby budú poskytované aj na všetky pridružené systémy (napr. OT, výpočtové programy, ...) a interfejsy, ktoré sú súčasťou systému RIS ESYS a súvisia so systémom pre riadenie distribučnej sústavy ZSD. Súčasťou servisu je spolupráca s virtuálnym Tímom kritickej informačnej infraštruktúry pri aplikovaní informačnej bezpečnosti a riešení bezpečnostných incidentov.
