Predmet nabave ovog postupka nabave je usluga nadzora osiguranja i kontrole kvalitete pri proizvodnji i ugradnji energetskih transformatora 400, 220 i 110 kV.
Nadzorom osiguranja i kontrole kvalitete obuhvaćene su sve predmetne transformatorske jedinice u kompletnom obimu koje se nabavljaju prema Okvirnim sporazumima: S3000-10/24 i S3000-11/24. Kontrola kvalitete uključuje nadzor nad svim materijalima, proizvedenim dijelovima i pripadajućom opremom transformatora, te procesima pri tvorničkoj proizvodnji i montaži, ispitivanjima u tvornici, montaži na terenu, završnim ispitivanjima na terenu i puštanju transformatora u pogon.
Svi uvjeti i zahtjevi određeni su Tehničkim uvjetima, Troškovnikom, te cjelokupnom DoN, u kojima su naznačeni naziv, količina te ostali uvjeti potrebni za sastavljanje ponude.
