Sprinkenhof GmbH awarded the architectural planning services for the renovation and partial conversion of the listed Rödingsmarkt car park in Hamburg to muck petzet architekten for €2.8 million (awarded May 2026). The project encompasses structural concrete rehabilitation of the 1962/1963 steel-frame building, redesign of ground floor and roof levels for mixed uses including gastronomy and residential/office spaces, conversion of the basement for e-mobility and cycle parking, preservation of parking spaces across levels 1–5, and integration of climate protection measures including KfW 40 standard and photovoltaic systems where heritage-compatible. Planning services are being commissioned in five stages, with Stage 1 covering basic investigation, preliminary design, and design planning.
