Technical Assistance for the development of eco-tourism in Malawi

The contract will contribute to the achievement of Specific Objectives 1, 2 and 3 of the Green Heart of Africa – Tikope Alendo ndi Zachilengedwe m’Malawi (TAZA) programme (the Commission Implementing Decision on the financing of the annual action plan in favour of the Republic of Malawi for 2023), more specifically to activities relating to output 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 3.1 and 3.2. It will involve the provision of technical assistance and capacity building of all stakeholders in the eco-tourism sector in Malawi. In particular, it will support the Department of Tourism providing necessary technical and administrative support; as well as the private sector operators, including individuals/MSMEs form hosting communities.
