Overview
Het doel van de opdracht is om de producten die de Belastingdienst ontwikkelt te laten testen door respondenten. Hiermee kan de Belastingdienst garanderen dat de door hun aangeboden producten bruikbaar zijn. Deze producten kunnen onder andere applicaties en websites zijn voor zowel de burgers als ondernemers van Nederland. Om de gebruikerstesten representatief te laten zijn, wordt gebruik gemaakt van respondenten die de doelgroep van het product representeren. Op deze wijze kan een gerichte doelgroep de ontwikkelde producten testen, zodat er nuttige feedback ontdekt wordt. €392.000
