Predmetom zákazky je úplná zámena zabezpečovacieho systému (DIAMO K a SOS) pre všetky štyri turbogenerátory 1. a 2. bloku EMO, vrátane snímačov, meracích trás a kabeláže v súlade s platnými zákonmi, vyhláškami, ustanoveniami a normami tak, aby boli splnené všetky klasifikačné, kvalifikačné a funkčné požiadavky definované projektom. V rozsahu plnenia je zahrnutá aj rekonštrukcia simulátora EMO12 v predmetnej časti pre blokovú a núdzovú dozorňu. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky vrátane technických špecifikácií tvorí prílohu súťažných podkladov - „Technická špecifikácia“.
