Overview
Im Hauptbau handelt es sich um eine Kompaktfassade, die nach dem Fensterbau angebracht wird. Aussenwärmedämmung aus Mineralwollplatten ohne Deckputz. Grundputz mit Bewehrungsgewebe zur Aufnahme einer Deckschicht aus Platten.
In den Loggien und Dachaufbauten Aussenwärmedämmung mit Fassadenputz.
Im Hauptbau sind auch in den Loggien und im EG noch Deckendämmungen vorgesehen.
Im Anschlussbau sind noch spezielle Schalldämmungen innerhalb des Lüftungsfenster anzubringen.
