Overview
Das Fachkräftepotential in Wien soll umfassend für Österreich genutzt werden. Jungen Erwachsenen
mit Unterstützungsbedarf, insbesondere Asylberechtigten und subsidiär Schutzberechtigten, sollen
realistische berufliche Perspektiven aufgezeigt werden. Diese sollen gezielt bei der Vorbereitung auf
ein potenzielles Lehrverhältnis (vor allem außerhalb Wiens) und beim „Niederlassen“ an einem
neuen Wohnort unterstützt werden und so in Regionen mit Bedarf an zukünftigen Fachkräften
ankommen und arbeiten
