Westpfalz-Klinikum GmbH awarded engineering services for technical building systems planning (HOAI phases 3–9) for the second construction phase of the hospital expansion at Kirchheimbolanden, covering relocation of internal medicine and expansion of central emergency, sterilization, recovery, ambulance and medical staff areas across buildings 2 and 3. PAV Ingenieure was awarded the contract valued at 334,987.17 EUR on 13 March 2026 to design and coordinate systems including compressed air, ventilation, heating, cooling and hot water supply while managing the complex constraints of a confined site, multiple building interfaces, and continuous hospital operations.
