Overview
Gemäß der Statuten bzw. der Regularien der FHH haben die Gesellschaften Jahresabschlüsse nach den Vorschriften des HGB für große Kapitalgesellschaften aufzustellen und einem Abschlussprüfer vorzulegen. Mit dem Ende des Prüfungszyklus 1.8.2019-31.7.2024 steht nunmehr die Vergabe eines neuen Prüfungszyklus (bis zu 5 Jahre) und ein Wechsel der Prüfungsgesellschaften für die Geschäftsjahre ab 1.8.2024 an.
