CONCOURS RESTREINT DE MAÎTRISE D'OEUVRE : RECONSTRUCTION DU GROUPE SCOLAIRE TREGAIN

The City of Rennes awarded a design competition (maîtrise d'oeuvre) on 24 June 2026 to the consortium ALTA ARCHITECTES/ANTHRACITE ARCHITECTURE/FAAR PAYSAGE/OTEIS/ACOUSTIQUE & CONSEIL/PROCESS CUISINES BLANCHISSERIES for the reconstruction of the Trégain School Group. The project involves designing a new school facility for 424 pupils (158 in 8 kindergarten classes and 266 in 14 primary classes plus one UPE2A class) on a reduced plot, with approximately 3,770 m² of building space plus outdoor areas, targeting energy performance above RE2020 standards and biosourced building certification level 3 for material decarbonization.
