Concession de service public relative à la gestion et à l'exploitation du transport ferroviaire de voyageurs concernant les lignes dites des Dessertes Parisiennes

The Hauts-de-France Region awarded a public service concession to SNCF Voyageurs on 28 May 2026 for 3.01 billion EUR to manage and operate passenger rail transport on eight routes collectively known as the Paris Regional Services, covering approximately 10.9 million annual train-kilometres. The concessionaire will operate rail and substitute road services, manage passenger facilities and ticketing, maintain rolling stock and fixed assets, and handle all associated commercial and quality assurance activities, with two optional extensions for additional line operations.
