Marché de travaux pour la rénovation urbaine « NPRU de la Nouvelle Frayère » à Cannes, périmètres « Coeur de Frayère » - Relance Lot 15

The City of Cannes awarded a works contract for urban renovation under the NPRU New Frayère program in the Coeur de Frayère perimeter, valued at €1,553,580.98 to the joint venture Groupement Travaux Et Entretien Paysage/Kompan/Compagnie générale des métiers de l'eau. The scope includes construction of a new building housing a nursery and tertiary office space, rehabilitation and extension of ground and first floors of two residential towers to accommodate public facilities, and renovation of adjacent public spaces.
