Das zu bebauende Grundstück befindet sich am nord-östlichen Rand des Gesamtkomplexes, angrenzend an die Zeppelinstraße. Die Gebäudehöhe des Hauptgebäudes beträgt ca. 12 m und deren Aufbauten (Technik und Treppenhaus) liegen bei ca. 14,75 m. Die Dachflächen werden als Flachdach ausgeführt.
