Overview
Gegenstand der Maßnahme ist die Neugestaltung/Aufwertung der ca. 10.000 m² großen, ungenutzten öffentlichen Freifläche im Umfeld der Segenskirche in der Auguste-Viktoria-Allee 17 im Bezirk Reinickendorf von Berlin. Ziel ist es, den zentralen und größten Freiraum an der Achse der Auguste-Viktoria-Allee aufzuwerten und Freizeit-, Verweil-, Bewegungs- und Bildungsangebote für alle Bevölkerungs- und Altersgruppen zu schaffen. Für die Umsetzung wird mit dieser Ausschreibung ein geeignetes Planungsbüro für das Leistungsbild Freianlagen gesucht.
