Rammeaftalen omhandler byggeøkonomiske rådgivningsydelser i Bygningsstyrelsens komplekse bygge- og anlægsprojekter i Danmark (inklusiv Grønland og Færøerne). Rådgivningsydelserne omhandler særligt ydelser der ligger indenfor "Økonomisk Granskning" herunder:
