Das Mühtalbad befindet sich auf städtischem Grundstück in der Mühltalstraße 72-80 am Ortsrand des Stadtteiles Darmstadt-Eberstadt. Im Süden grenzt das Grundstück an die Mühltalstraße, im Westen an die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz des Bades. An der gegenüberliegenden Grundstückgrenze
im Südosten befindet sich der Betriebshof mit Anlieferzone.
