The Comune di Castelraimondo has awarded engineering and architectural services for the seismic repair and upgrade of a public building designated as the new municipal headquarters and emergency operations center, following earthquake damage from 2016. The scope includes feasibility study, executive design, safety coordination during design and construction phases, site management, and accounting, with the contract awarded to a consortium of Arch. Eleonora Arduini, FIMA Engineering srl, and POLISTUDIO A.E.S. Società di Ingegneria S.r.l. for €268,787.99 in October 2025.
