The Alba Social Assistance and Child Protection Directorate has awarded a contract to SOCIETATEA DE AJUTORARE DIAKONIA for the provision of residential social services to a maximum of 8 adults with disabilities in Alba County, with a contract value of 691,200 RON (awarded 16 June 2026). Services are provided in accordance with minimum mandatory quality standards and include personalized, adapted social care tailored to individual medical recommendations, dependency levels, and developmental needs. Beneficiary admission follows Order 507/2026 and the social service provider's internal admission procedures, in compliance with a framework agreement with the county directorate.
