Overview
Der Umfang der Arbeiten umfasst Holzbauarbeiten auf einer oberirdischen BGF von ca. 4.200 m2 einschl. 1 Aufzugschacht und 3 Treppenläufen. Die Außenwand wird als Holzständerkonstruktion auf einer Fassadenfläche von ca. 1.650m2 eine Keramikfassade erhalten. Es werden ca. 230 Fenster und 2 Pfosten- Riegelfassaden mit je einer Fläche von ca. 80m2 und 2 Vordächern realisiert. Auf ca. 1.100 m2 werden Gründachflächen mit auflastgehaltenen Unterkonstruktionen für spätere PV Montage gebaut.
