Overview
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest:
1.) świadczenie usługi odbudowy jakościowej instrumentarium zwanej dalej narzędziami chirurgicznymi będącymi własnością Zamawiającego obejmujące następujące czynności:
a) inspekcję narzędzi chirurgicznych,
b) regenerację narzędzi chirurgicznych,
c) jeżeli będzie taka konieczność, po dokonanej inspekcji, wymianę narzędzi nie kwalifikujących się do regeneracji na narzędzia nowe,
d) przeszkolenie użytkownika w zakresie prawidłowego obiegu narzędzi chirurgicznych, zgodnie z ustawą o wyrobach medycznych
