Les audits énergétiques sont liés à l'adhésion des collectivités aux dispositifs d'accompagnement mis en place respectivement par les Syndicats (SDEEG, SYDEC, TE47, TE64 et MACS). En dehors de ces cas, les syndicats ne pourront pas utiliser les prestations d'audits énergétiques de ce marché.
