Kongresshalle Nürnberg - Fassadengerüst Hoffassade (Grundsätzliche Nutzbarmachung und Substanzerhalt)

The city of Nuremberg awarded a contract to Söll Gerüstbau GmbH for €752,397.16 to provide facade scaffolding systems for the renovation of the inner courtyard facade of Kongresshalle Nürnberg. The scope includes two-section scaffolding (from basement to first-floor roof and from first-floor roof to third-floor roof level), configured as both work and safety scaffolding with staircase towers and construction lifts, temporary removal and reinstallation cycles during the renovation sequence, additional platforms for new window installation, and integration with concurrent interior building measures including waste chutes and work platforms.
