CONCESSION DE SERVICES PORTANT DELEGATION DE SERVICE PUBLIC POUR L’EXPLOITATION MAINTENANCE, LA COMMERCIALISATION, LE FINANCEMENT ET LA REALISATION DES EXTENSIONS DU RESEAU DE COMMUNICATIONS ELECTRONIQUES EXISTANT AINSI QUE DU RESEAU LORA ET LA MISE EN OEUVRE DE SERVICES DEDIES SUR LE TERRITOIRE DE NIEVRE NUMERIQUE DANS LE CADRE D’UN RESEAU D’INITIATIVE PUBLIQUE DE 3EME GENERATION (RIP 3G)

Nièvre Numérique has awarded a service concession to Lumière Fibre valued at €27.36 million for the operation, maintenance, commercialization, financing and expansion of an existing electronic communications network and LoRa network, along with the implementation of dedicated services across the Nièvre territory as part of a third-generation public initiative network (RIP 3G). The contract, awarded on 1 July 2026, delegates public service responsibilities to the concessionaire.
