Stadt Königswinter – Abbruch/Neubau Turnhalle Oberdollendorf mit OGS-Erweiterung | Rohbauarbeiten

The City of Königswinter has awarded a contract to Hupperich + Westhoven GmbH for €334,264 to carry out structural works (Rohbauarbeiten) for the demolition of an existing gymnasium and construction of a new gymnasium with OGS extension in Oberdollendorf. The new building, constructed in timber-frame design with a flat roof and approximately 1,311 m² net floor area across two stories, will house a sports hall on the ground floor and a canteen with OGS classroom extension on the upper floor, while retaining the existing concrete foundation slab and adjacent gym hall.
