The Ministry of Innovation and Growth awarded a contract to DI EM AY DEVELOPMENT EOOD on 24 April 2026 for the design, pre-press work, production, and delivery of printed materials and souvenirs to promote three EU programmes: the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Programme 2021-2027, the Scientific Research, Innovation and Digitalisation for Smart Transformation Programme 2021-2027, and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The contract value was 35,336 EUR against an estimated budget of 55,500 EUR, with materials to be delivered periodically as requested. The procurement was reserved under Bulgarian public procurement law for specialised enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities.
