Overview
Pyydämme Teiltä tarjousta Iisalmen kaupungin, Iisalmen Teollisuuskylä Oy:n, Iisalmen Vesi –liikelaitoksen, Ylä-Savon Vesi Oy:n ja Ilvola-Säätiön tuntiveloituksella aikavälillä 1.5.2025 – 30.4.2027 tehtävistä rakennusten korjaus- ja kunnossapitotöistä.
Tilaaja varaa oikeuden jatkaa sopimusta erillisellä päätöksellä sopimuksen mukaisilla tuntihinnoilla yhden optiovuoden sopimuskauden päättymisestä 30.4.2028 saakka.
Tämä tarjouspyyntö koskee tuntiveloituksella suoritettavia rakennusten korjaus- ja kunnossapitotöitä sekä osin pieniä investointitöitä. Suuremmista kohteista pyydämme tarjoukset erikseen sopimuskumppaneilta.
