The Road and Motorway Directorate awarded a framework contract to VIALIT SOBĚSLAV spol. s r. o. on 28 April 2026 for the supply of cold-applied bituminous mixtures in three specifications: cold-applied emulsified asphalt for processing below 5°C with six-month storage capability; modified cold-applied asphalt for winter use down to -10°C with up to two-year storage; and water-based polymer reactive asphalt for application in adverse weather conditions with nine-month minimum shelf life. All materials are to be supplied in bags or containers up to 25 kg or in bulk as required, delivered to designated locations.
